Training Myself To Expect Good Things

Today I noticed that I wasn’t feeling quite as spritely as I normally do. Without a firm focus on doing things that make me happy, my flame can dim a little sometimes, especially if I’ve been in the company of other people who tend to just follow the crowd.

Without focus, our vibration settles at the frequency of the dominant person in the group. ~ ER

So being the leader I’ve decided I am, I deliberately set a few minutes aside to notice the things that are working out really well for me. That always lifts my mood and brings me back into present time, where ALL my power is.

TODAY, I’M EXPECTING GOOD THINGS TO HAPPEN … and as I move forward through my life I notice the evidence of profound blessings, attract more magnificent adventures, immerse myself in creative pastimes, feel deeper passion for my work, bask in the fulfilment of an intimately loving relationship, weave closer friendships, enjoy expanded financial freedom, create more positive outcomes, feel a stronger sense of purpose, revel in who I am and find so many extra reasons to laugh my head off … lol … Humour always helps ~ ER
