I DO WHATEVER FEELS RIGHT FOR ME … and no longer need other peoples approval, permission or understanding for anything. I’ve stopped explaining or justifying who I am, what I’m doing & where I am at and just quietly and happily practise being the best me I can possibly be.

I GO TO SLEEP PEACEFULLY … imagining happy things, uplifting things, pleasant things, beautiful things and wake up feeling refreshed with a smile of deep gratitude, simply for the gift of enjoying yet another day on this amazing planet.

I DECIDED THAT THINGS COULD BE EASIER … so I relaxed a little more.
I decided I wanted more love in my life, so I GAVE a little more.
I decided today is the perfect time, to change my point of view,
and to appreciate what I have right now as if it’s all brand new.

CONFESSION # 15 … I DON’T MAKE PROMISES

A promise is a pledge we make in an “attempt” to repair a mistake we made in the past, to keep what we have in the present the same way forever, or to make the future more predictable. Promises we make to other people just to keep them happy or make them feel more secure, are unsustainable, unwise and generally untruthful. I WAS ALREADY HAPPY … but choosing someone to share life with helps me find joy, meaning and purpose so much quicker.
I WAS ALREADY WISE … but being in a relationship provides greater opportunities to open my heart and mind even wider.

THE MOST REWARDING THING I’VE EVER DONE … is when I decided to be kind to someone even though they weren’t being kind to me, when I allowed someone their freedom even though they tried to take away mine, when I kept on loving even though I thought my heart was breaking, when I gave more of what I had to offer even though I’d already given enough. THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW … I’m not a failure, I’m just learning more. Nothing is wrong, in fact everything is going perfectly right. I don’t hate my ex, I just got clearer about the relationship I really want. I’m not always disconnected, quite often I feel the fullness of “all that is”. I don’t have to focus on the worst, I can keep reaching for something so much better. I don’t have to hold onto the things that cause pain, I can relax and allow things that bring relief. CONFESSION #312 … WHEN I STOP BEING LOVING … When I move away from my naturally loving nature, it stimulates a physical, mental or emotional reaction. I get sick, notice pain, feel unreasonably unhappy, have accidents, get sucked into silly arguments, or fall into unforeseen circumstances.

If I have discomfort in any form, I ask, who have I stopped loving? Sometimes the answer is “ME”.
